A small lab in Haiderpara, Siliguri.
PixeyLabs was started on a simple annoyance: good businesses in Siliguri were paying metro prices for template work, or local prices for work that fell apart in six months. There was no reason it had to be one or the other.
So we built a small studio that does four things properly — web and apps, branding, social media, performance marketing — and refuses to sell the fifth thing you don't need. Everything is measured, everything is explained, and nothing ships until it works on a cheap phone on a slow connection.

What does a website actually cost?
It depends on how many pages, whether you're selling online, and how much content you already have — but you'll never get a vague answer from us. Tell us what you need and you'll have a fixed number within 48 hours, in writing, before anyone starts work. If your budget is smaller than the job, we'll say so and tell you what to cut.
How long does it take?
A typical business website is 14 to 28 days from signed brief to live, assuming we get your content and approvals on time. Branding runs 10 to 18 days. Ads can be live in 5 days. The one thing that reliably delays a project is waiting for photos and text — we'll tell you upfront exactly what we need from you and by when.
Do you only work with businesses in Siliguri?
No. We're proudly based here and we love meeting clients face to face, but most of the work happens over WhatsApp, calls and a shared link — so we can work the same way with you anywhere in West Bengal, the North East, or the rest of India. Being local is a bonus, not a requirement.
I already have a website. Can you fix it instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes — and if a fix is the right call, we'll say so even though a rebuild pays us more. Send us the link and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth repairing (speed, mobile, SEO, content) or whether you're maintaining something that should be replaced. That review is free.
Who owns the code, the domain and the accounts?
You do. Always. We register your domain, hosting, Google, Meta and analytics accounts in your name and hand you the logins at launch. Design source files and code come with the handover pack. There's no lock-in, no “our proprietary platform”, and no holding your website hostage if you decide to work with someone else.
Do you handle maintenance after launch?
Yes. Every launch includes 14 days of free fixes for anything that breaks or that we got wrong. After that you can take a monthly care plan — updates, backups, security patches, small content changes — or just call us when you need something and pay for the hours. Both are fine. No plan is compulsory.
Do I have to buy all four services?
No. Plenty of people come to us for one logo or one landing page and that's the whole job. We'll tell you if the other pieces would help, once, and then drop it.
